Mission Hill is a small Boston neighborhood located on the western end of town by the Longwood Medical area. Heavily influenced by the medical and educational nearby institutions, Mission Hill has students, teachers, researchers and the like as many of the residents.
The prime location is easily accessed by the MBTA Green Line and is in close proximity to the Museum of Fine Arts and the Gardner Museum. Tremont Street that runs through the area is lined with shops and restaurants that service the neighborhood.
The Mission Hill area is chock full of different architecture from traditional rowhouses in the historic section to free standing houses and multi-families that are now condos peppered throughout the hill.
