Melissa Chernesky
Melissa Chernesky joined the Brian Perry Team at Gibson Sotheby’s in 2015 with over 20 years of customer service experience. She is an instrumental part of the project management and development from the first meeting until the last sale. With her strong interpersonal and organization skills, she is a valuable asset to the team.
Day-to-day tasks range from, but not limited to tracking reports, client communications, acting as the buyer and seller liaison between mortgage brokers, attorneys and developers, assisting in final walk-throughs, showings, construction punch lists, and closing packets.
She has been integral in the success of The Whitwell, 1022 Hancock St and The Church on W. Concord St and 2451 Washington St developments as well as assisted in the marketing & sales of over 200 individual homes.
Melissa was born in Boston but moved to Maine where she lived for most of her childhood. She attended St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. For the past 20 years she has lived in Boston, where she is involved in the South End Baseball Organization.
Taylor Driscoll
Taylor Driscoll works full-time with Gibson Sotheby’s since May of 2016. In the three years she has worked on the team, Taylor has helped on developments like 1022 Hancock, 32 Derne Street and recently, 2451 Washington Street.
Straight out of high school, Taylor was immersed in the world of real estate. She has helped in day-to-day operations like scheduling walkthroughs, analytics, report tracking and project coordinating.
She is currently in her fourth year at Northeastern University studying journalism and criminal justice.
